This project involved converting a dated two bedroom bungalow into a high spec three bed family home. Purchased for £215,000 we spent £60,000 on refurbishing the property (including finance and legal costs). It was sold for £347,500, making a profit of £72,500 after costs giving an ROI (return on investment) of 64%.
QUALITY DESIGN & FINISH
We utilised permitted development to extend this property, adding a ground floor single storey extension to the side of the property and extending into the loft space. This helped maximise the square footage of the property and combined with the high quality finish ensured we got the best resale price and ROI.
