Project
Roseberry rm14
2 Bed End of Terrace: London
Completed 2014
Project Summary
Tired London end of terrace, extended and brought back to life.
This project completed in 2014 and involved converting a cramped, dated end of terrace, in London, into a desirable functional family home. Purchased below market value for £182,500, in 2013, we spent £32,000 on refurbishing the property (including finance and legal costs). We were able to refinance and withdraw all the money invested in the deal by year 3 giving an infinite ROI from that point.
QUALITY DESIGN & FINISH
We utilised permitted development to extend this property, adding a single storey extension creating a spacious open plan kitchen/diner. This transformed the downstairs into a functional family living space, increasing the square footage of the property and combined with the clean, crisp finish ensured we got the best rental return and ROI.
