Purchased for £235,000, we spent £74,000 on refurbishing the property (including finance and legal costs). We were able to refinance this property twice to release funds to provide the deposit, purchase and refurb costs on a further two properties. It was sold for £495,000 in 2018, making a total profit of £186,000 after costs giving an ROI (return on investment) of 136%.

QUALITY DESIGN & FINISH

We utilised permitted development to extend this property, adding a 6m single storey extension creating a spacious open plan kitchen/diner and utility room. This helped maximise the square footage of the property and combined with the high quality finish, ensured we got the best resale price and ROI.
