One bed to three bed luxury London maisonette

This project completed in 2019 and involved converting a poorly laid out, tired one bedroom Victorian terrace flat into a luxury three bed co-living space for professional tenants. Purchased at auction for £494,000 we spent £80,000 on refurbishing the property (including finance and legal costs). With a revaluation of £750,000 we were able to refinance leaving £11,500 in the deal with a ROCLI (return on capital left in) of 84%.

Situated in a prime location, the combination of high-spec modern fixtures, mixed with the traditional period features, gives this property the ‘wow’ factor.
